My sculptures show my "dark whimsy" as readily as my other works. I find it kind of funny that alot of people I know are afraid of clowns...maybe more ironic than funny. It IS funny how alot of my sculptures are of clowns or clown-like figures tho...it must be that dark whimsy...

All of the above sculptures are done in un-fired clay and painted when dry. They're approximately 4"-6" high.

Can you imagine a playground full of these things? The original sculpture is welded metal at 5' high...I think they'd be fun for children to play on, sort of like an "artsy" jungle gym. Of course, I'm not sure if the little doggy relieving himself on the clown's foot would go over that well...
